January 2010: Awarded International Coach Federation (ICF) Credential as Professional Certified Coach (PCC). This credential is a high-level recognition of both training and experience as a coach. According to the ICF, Mish is their 16th coach to obtain this credential in South Africa.

June 2008: Received International Coach Federation (ICF) Credential as Associate  Certified Coach.

August 2007 - April 2008: Training as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Trainng Institute (international programme) - 30 April 2008 passed written and oral exams, officially certified as "CPCC"
