How Coaching works with Mish Middelmann Print E-mail

If you choose me as your coach I will back you 100% and challenge you to open yourself to the learning and the action you need to be your best self. I will bring to our relationship my best combination of listening and reflecting, questioning and probing, challenging and offering new perspectives.

Throughout the coaching engagement I will hold up your goals and hold you accountable for the actions and changes you decide on in our coaching work.

My expectations of you in the coaching relationship are to approach it with openness and curiosity, being willing to explore new concepts, ways of learning and ways of doing things. I also expect you to explore thoughts, feelings and actions that you recognise as self-defeating with a view to changing them. Overall, you will be responsible for your own success and for choosing the areas where we focus our work.

A coaching engagement typically lasts somewhere between three and nine months, with at least two sessions per month. And there is always work for you to do between sessions.

I can coach you wherever you are. Please check out practical arrangements for more details.
